For years, we believed being strong meant staying silent.
Whatever happened, we handled it ourselves. We kept moving and told everyone we were fine.
Underneath it, we were dealing with addiction, shame, burnout and a complete loss of direction.
We spent years surviving like that.
Things began to change when we finally let other people in.
Having good men around us gave us somewhere to speak honestly. They helped us take responsibility and rebuild our lives over time.
That experience became the foundation of the Brothers Network.
We wanted to create the kind of brotherhood we once needed ourselves.
